Southern Toad

Bufo terrestris

Southern Toad (Bufo terrestris) - very common in both ORCA North and South - seen occasionally along trails, found in abundance near entrance of ORCA and on Orca Rd at night. Call constantly at night, especially on wet nights. Breeding in ditches along Orca Road, many juvenile toadlets currently in grasses alongside those ditches.
